YoJa is a personal reflection and mindfulness tool designed to support self-awareness and intentional reflection. YoJa does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services and is not a substitute for professional care.

3. Eligibility

YoJa is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through the platform provider (such as Apple or Google). Refunds are subject to the platform's policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use YoJa only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and functionality are the property of Go YoJa LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve functionality or user experience.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YoJa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go YoJa LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to YoJa for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
